Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer financing options for a wide range of credit situations, including excellent and good credit, first-time buyers, limited credit history, and customers working to rebuild their credit. Customers are also welcome to use their own bank or credit union. All financing is subject to lender approval.

Can I apply for financing online?

Yes. You can complete our secure online credit application before visiting the dealership. This allows us to begin reviewing financing options and can make the purchasing process faster when you're ready to move forward.

Can I finance a vehicle with no credit or limited credit history?

Yes. We regularly work with first-time buyers and customers who haven't had an opportunity to establish much credit yet. Approval and available terms depend on each customer's individual application and lender requirements.

Do you work with customers who have bad or rebuilding credit?

Yes. We work with customers across a wide range of credit situations, including those rebuilding their credit. Rather than promising an approval, we'll review your situation and the financing options that may be available to you.

Do I need a down payment?

Not necessarily. Down-payment requirements depend on the vehicle, your credit application, lender requirements and the structure of the loan. We'll explain any available options before you make a decision.

Are your advertised prices dependent on financing through the dealership?

No. Our advertised vehicle price is not conditional on financing through us. You're welcome to finance through i90 Auto Group, arrange financing with your own bank or credit union, or purchase with cash.

Do you require additional dealer add-ons?

No. We don't require customers to purchase additional dealer products or add-ons in order to buy a vehicle at the advertised price.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Yes. We accept cars, trucks and SUVs as trades, including vehicles that still have an existing loan or payoff. We can evaluate your vehicle and explain how its value and any remaining payoff affect your purchase.

Can you pick up my trade?

Yes. Trade-in pickup may be available within 50 miles, making it easier to complete your purchase if bringing both vehicles to us isn't convenient.

Are your vehicles inspected before they're sold?

Our vehicles are evaluated by our mechanics and serviced as needed before sale. Before delivery, each vehicle must also pass a New York State safety and emissions inspection.

Can I have my own mechanic inspect a vehicle?

Absolutely. We welcome independent pre-purchase inspections. If you'd like your own mechanic to look at a vehicle before you purchase it, just let us know so we can coordinate it.

Do you handle registration and license plates?

Yes. We can handle New York registration paperwork, new plates and plate transfers directly through the dealership, so you generally don't need to make a separate trip to the DMV.

Do you offer vehicle delivery?

Yes. We offer free vehicle delivery within 50 miles. Delivery outside that area may be available depending on the situation.

Can I buy a vehicle without spending hours at the dealership?

Yes. Much of the process can be started or completed remotely, including the credit application and portions of the paperwork. We can coordinate the remaining steps with you and, when applicable, deliver the vehicle. Our average time in dealership is less than 30 minutes!

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are preferred so we can make sure the vehicle you're interested in is available and ready when you arrive. Please call or text before coming in to confirm vehicle and appointment availability.

Where are your vehicles located?

i90 Auto Group operates three locations in Amsterdam and Gloversville serving customers throughout Fulton and Montgomery Counties. Because inventory may be located at different locations, we recommend calling or texting before visiting so we can confirm where the vehicle you're interested in is located.

What if a vehicle is at your display lot?

Our display lot is for displaying inventory only and is not staffed. Vehicles located there can be seen and test-driven by appointment, and we can arrange to meet you at the appropriate location or coordinate another convenient option.

Where is your main dealership?

Our main location is 4383 NY-30, Amsterdam, NY 12010. Since we operate multiple locations, please contact us before visiting to confirm where a particular vehicle is located.

Who will I work with when I buy a vehicle?

We're a small, owner-operated dealership. Customers can work directly with the owner and people who can make decisions rather than being passed through multiple layers of sales and management.

Can I just look around without being pressured to buy?

Absolutely. We don't believe in high-pressure sales. You're welcome to browse, ask questions, test-drive a vehicle, have your mechanic inspect it and take the time you need to make an informed decision.
